Talk to Vega who sends you to Bettina in the store just north of Vega's hut. Bettina has you ask the residents for goods they'd like  ordered for the next delivery.

Isaac: 2 dozen Oyster Shell

Twyla: Oil of Orange

Ociel: Book of Clouds & 2 bags of Popcorn for his wife

Jocosa (nose of Dog Isle): 3 Minorca Chickens

Chickens: Wington Pet Store (talk to the NPC twice, one to order, one to collect)

Corn Husks: Tropicton General Store (talk to Ben)

Cloud Book: Shellton Library

Popcorn: Wington Food Store (purchase the popcorn yourself)

Oil of Orange: Charla Mae, Hotton resident (above the orchard)

Oysters (24 in total to be found): Talk to Rocco on Rock Isle, he says the shells are on the shore. Use rake tool multiple times on each tile until you stop getting shells:
